Tired of lugging heavy boxes of terrain or struggling with cramped home setups? Bring your party to our professional Bukit Timah studio. This service is designed specifically for independent Dungeon Masters and gaming groups who want to immerse their players in a world of high-detail 3D scenery without the logistics headache. The Suite: Get 3 hours of dedicated studio access, featuring a high-fidelity gaming table and thematic lighting for up to 8 participants (including the DM). Unlimited Scenery: Gain full access to our massive library of 3D-printed modular dungeon sets, gothic ruins, and scatter terrain. Build your encounters on the fly with professional-grade assets. The Mini Library: Use our studio collection of over 500+ miniatures—save your bag space and pick the perfect foe from our shelves! Refreshments: Our in-store selection of chilled canned drinks and snacks is available for purchase to keep your party’s energy up through every critical hit. Pricing: $70.00 per 3-hour session ($15 for every subsequent hour) Availability: By Appointment
Cancellation Policy
Studio Rental: Booking & Venue Policy 1. Reservations & Time Management Strictly Appointment-Only: All slots must be booked and paid for via Wix. Setup & Teardown: Your 3-hour block includes your setup and pack-up time. Please account for the time needed to arrange our 3D terrain and clear the table. Stations must be vacated 10 minutes before the slot ends to allow for studio turnover. Overtime: Groups staying past their allotted 3-hour window will be charged for an additional slot (subject to availability). 2. Equipment & Breakage Fees Handle with Care: You are using professional, hand-painted 3D assets. Please follow staff orientation on how to handle modular terrain. Breakage: A minimum breakage fee of $5.00 applies to any damaged store property, including miniatures and scenery. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling >48 Hours Notice: Full refund or one-time rescheduling credit. <48 Hours Notice: 50% fee forfeited. <24 Hours Notice / No-Show: 100% non-refundable. 4. Conduct & Store Neutrality Zero Tolerance: TCF is a neutral, inclusive space. The use of racial slurs, hate speech, or the promotion of political biases is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in the immediate termination of your booking without a refund. Respect: While your suite is private, please be mindful of other customers in the retail area. 5. Medical & Safety Declarations: The Lead Booker must declare any relevant medical conditions (e.g., Epilepsy/Allergies) for their group in the Online Booking Form. Liability: The Crimson Feathers LLP is not liable for injuries or medical episodes arising during or after the rental period. 6. Food & Drink To protect our custom tables and hand-painted terrain, outside food is not encouraged. Drinks and snacks purchased from our in-store selection are encouraged in the gaming suites.
