This is a welcoming, "no-judgment" zone where we prioritize fun, story, and learning the ropes in a relaxed environment. Just show up and play. We’ve handled all the complicated math and character sheets so you can jump straight into the action. Why Join Our Beginner Night? Zero-Prep Heroes: Choose from our "Forge-Ready" premade heroes. Whether you want to be a mighty warrior or a cunning mage, we have a character ready and waiting for you! The Newcomer Perk: Never owned a set of dice? Your first session includes a FREE set of RPG dice to keep as your own. Consider it our "welcome to the hobby" gift! A Feast for the Eyes: You won't just be imagining the world—you’ll be standing in it. Explore sprawling, hand-painted 3D maps and massive miniature collections. Friendly DMs: Our Dungeon Masters specialize in teaching. We’ll guide you through the rules as we play, so you never feel lost. The Details When: By appointment basis Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early (6.45PM) to pick your hero and grab a drink before the quest begins! Refreshments: We have a selection of chilled drinks and snacks available in-store to keep your energy up. Pricing: $20 per seat

Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations & Payments Advance Booking Only: To guarantee a seat at our studio, all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our Wix platform or Paynow/UEN. Confirmation: Your seat is only secured once payment is successful. We do not "hold" seats without payment. Age Requirement: Participants must be 13 years or older. Players under 13 must be accompanied by a playing/paying adult. 2. Character Preparation & Arrival Punctuality: Please arrive at the shop 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This ensures a smooth start for the entire party. One-Shot Gauntlet: Use our premade characters or bring your own (refer to our Telegram Channel for the week’s System/Level/Rules). Multi-Session Campaigns: Character details must be coordinated with your assigned DM via Telegram at least 24 hours prior to the session. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Because we prepare custom 3D-printed miniatures and complex terrain layouts for every session, the following fees apply: >48 Hours Notice: You may request a full refund or reschedule your session at no cost. <48 Hours Notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be forfeited to cover administrative and table-blocking costs. <24 Hours Notice / No-Show: 100% non-refundable. This covers the cost of pre-printed materials and the DM’s preparation time. 4. Waitlist Policy Joining: If a session is full, you may join the Wix waitlist at no cost. Notification: If a seat opens, you will receive an automated notification. You have 1 hour to complete your booking before the seat is offered to the next person. Last-Minute Openings: Openings occurring within 12 hours of a game will be announced on our Telegram Channel (First-come, first-served). 5. Shop Conduct & Table Rules In-Store Purchases: To protect our hand-painted models from grease and stains, drinks and snacks purchased from our in-shop selection are encouraged at the gaming tables. Refer to our T&Cs for more details. Equipment Safety: Players must follow DM instructions when handling the miniatures and 3D terrain. Minimum breakage fee: $5.00. Zero Tolerance: Any use of racial slurs, hate speech, or enforcement of political biases will result in immediate removal without a refund.
